Terms of Service

cofou prepares and executes GTM work under your direction. These terms set out your responsibilities and ours.

01

Using cofou

These terms are an agreement between you and cofou, the operator of cofou.vercel.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms and authorize work for it.

You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and use only accounts, projects, data, and provider connections you are authorized to access. Tell us about suspected unauthorized access through support@cofou.com.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Help and contact details are on the Support page.

02

What the service does

cofou stores company context, markets, plans, drafts, and outcomes; exposes tools to authorized assistants; and runs supported work through connected providers. Features depend on your permissions, configuration, budgets, and provider availability.

You choose what to connect and what work to authorize. Assistant access can permit reading, drafting, or broader writes. It does not permit campaign approval or sending through MCP.

Generated suggestions and third-party data can be incomplete or wrong. Review targeting, facts, recipients, claims, and content before relying on them. cofou does not guarantee replies, revenue, deliverability, prospect accuracy, or any other business result.

03

Outreach and human approval

Sending requires a signed-in person to review the exact campaign, approve it, and start it in cofou. Approval is bound to the reviewed draft. You are responsible for checking the recipients, content, sender identity, configured limits, and applicable requirements before authorizing sending.

After you start a campaign, connected providers and background jobs may continue executing the approved work until it finishes or is stopped. Disconnecting an assistant does not itself cancel that work. Some messages or provider actions cannot be recalled after execution.

You must comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws and provider rules. Requirements can include a lawful basis to use contact information, truthful sender details and claims, required disclosures, an opt-out mechanism, and honoring opt-outs. For US commercial email, see the FTC’s CAN-SPAM guidance.

cofou’s guards assist review; they do not determine whether your outreach is lawful. You remain responsible for your campaigns and for the conduct of people and assistants you authorize.

04

Acceptable use

Do not use cofou for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory activity; impersonation; malware; unauthorized access; or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not upload stolen contact lists or data you lack authority to process.

Do not bypass send guards, suppressions, permissions, rate limits, or spending controls, or attempt to access another organization’s data. Do not use automated accounts or requests to disrupt the service or abuse connected providers.

05

Your data and content

You retain your rights in the information and content you provide. You give cofou permission to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the service, carry out authorized work, support you, and protect the service.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content and personal information. Choose assistant scopes carefully: connected assistants receive the information returned by the tools they call. Their use of it is also governed by their own terms.

cofou retains its rights in its software, design, and service. These terms grant you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

06

Third-party services and costs

Connected assistants, outreach systems, research services, data providers, and model providers are separate services governed by their own terms. You must have permission to connect them and comply with their requirements.

Some authorized actions consume provider credits or incur provider charges. Check your connections, permissions, and budgets before starting work. Any cofou fees must be disclosed separately before you agree to them; these terms do not establish an undisclosed subscription or price.

Provider outages, account restrictions, changed APIs, and rate limits can prevent or delay work. cofou cannot guarantee another provider’s availability or performance.

07

Availability and ending use

We may change features, perform maintenance, or restrict access to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. We will give notice when reasonably practical, but urgent action may be necessary.

You can stop using cofou and revoke assistant access. Stop active campaigns and disconnect providers separately as needed. Contact support@cofou.com to request account closure or data export or deletion. Retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice where practical so you can request your data. Obligations that by their nature continue, including responsibility for prior authorized actions, survive termination.

08

Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, cofou is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights you have under mandatory law.

If a problem arises, contact us with the relevant facts so we can try to resolve it.

09

Changes and notices

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, subject to applicable law.
